This article had the objective of reporting a case of aesthetic rehabilitation with laminated facets from the 14 to the 24 teeth made with IPS E. max Ceram ceramics (Ivoclar-Vivadent). which replaced previous unsatisfactory composite resin restorations in the anterior region.
